Tagliatele in lemon and basilicum sauce

Ingredients


500 grams of fresh tagliatelle
6 tablespoons olive oil
2 lemons
20 grams of fresh basil
150 grams of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
4 egg yolks
salt and pepper



Egg yolks in a bowl put, add zest and juice of two lemons, grated Parmesan cheese and olive oil.
well mixed and add salt and pepper. 
In a mortar with a little salt belabor basil and  add to the sauce.

Meanwhile cook the tagliatelle and hot add them to the sauce and mixed well.
Serve hot.
