Chocolate and coffee cake


The ingredients for the crust:

300 g flour
3 eggs
180 g of powdered sugar
100g margarine
spoon ful of instant coffee
baking powder

Ingredients for the filling:
400 g chocolate
80 g margarine
1 dl rum

Preparation - :
Step 1: Beat margarine and sugar, add eggs one by one, instant coffee, flour and baking powder.

Step 2: All this stir and bake 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Baked cooled in a mold in which it is cooked.

Step 3: In a double boiler melt the chocolate and add up to two tablespoons of water.

Step 4: When the chocolate semi cooled, add the butter and rum. All whisk together.

Step 5: chilled dough is cut in half. Both halves spread with filling and set them against each other.

Step 6: cake greased the top down and from the side and leave it in the fridge to cool.

Your coffee and chocolate  cake is ready.
