You will need:
200g sugar
50g butter
3 lemon (zest and juice of two lemons 3)
3 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
250g flour
Rum
Powdered sugar
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Chop or peel two lemons so grate the zest and mix it with a cup of sugar.
