CUSTARD PIE (I)

Custard pie


500 grams of puff pastry

cream
  6 eggs
1vanili sugar
10 tablespoons of sugar
6 tablespoons flour
1 liter of milk
2 tablespoons density

Puff pastry crust bake two pan sizes.

Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar, add flour and cook in the milk.

This means mix on low heat for at least 10-15 minutes to become a thick mass.

When the mixture cool slightly and add the whipped cream is easy to mess.

Once baked crust of puff pastry put on the bottom of the pan and pour the cream, carved.

Other baked crust cut into cubes and mix over the cream, put it in the fridge to cool before serving to cut the pole to the size of the cubes and serve
